ZBG biomass fired heat recovery boilers serves to generate saturated or hot steam and/or to generate hot water. A variety of waste heat recovery boilers are manufactured for installation in front of burning equipment, such as e.g. grate-firing furnaces, fluidized-bed furnaces, rotary-kiln furnaces, etc. for recycling household waste, special waste, refuse derived fuels, biomass and sewage sludge etc.
ZBG also designs, produces, delivers, assembles and commissions steam and/or hot water boilers that recover the heat from gas turbines, combustion chambers, thermal after-burning systems, diesel/gas boiler and a variety of technological and industrial production processes. The ZBG heat recovery boilers are installed as natural circulation boilers or forced-circulation boilers in a range of construction types. Construction forms may be the multiple-tube horizontal boilers. If the available recovered heat is not adequate to meet the boiler parameters demanded by the customer, the heat recovery boilers are also fitted with supplementary firing equipment in special cases.
Combined Heat and Power Systems
The ZBG biomass fired boiler supplies boiler equipment that is required for the installation of combined cycle plants respectively combined heat and power systems. In the case of these power plant systems, the ZG will provide all products and services starting on-site gas turbine and ending in front of an on-site steam turbine to allow the generation of heat and electrical energy.
Based on the operating principle demanded by the customer, the ZBG boilers can be designed for installation behind gas turbines, both as a heat recovery boiler with or without supplementary firing equipment and also as a forced-draught operated boiler.
